My Spring '05 Trainees!

We are taught to continually give back, and return to the source. So
cool to come back and see a few familiar faces from my training!

Evening class

Last nights evening class, Rajashree taught. Two days of doubles, it's
like riding a bike :-)

Surprise!

It was Bikram's niece's Menali's (sp?) birthday but she announced it
was also Bikram and Rajashree's anniversary!

Bikram taught last night and one of his many words of wisdom was, 'The
object of all your asanas is Savasana'. Do you get it?

My 2nd day at teacher training. Wasn't sure if I'd do the doubles with
them, but you just slip back into it.
