a triple?
11/9/2008...
hey Kat and all,
Love the newsletter. it reminds me that I have not written in quite a while!
Sunday afternoon....I have done my final marketing, paid my laundry bill, practiced my dialogue while walking on the beach, purchased my last little present for those back home, and have now my room to myself, and my kind roommate has allowed me the use of her laptop (mine currently on the fritz)
Balcony door open..... Love hearing the birds singing outside my door......also the surf, gently whooshing up the beach...and underneath all of natures music, there is a steady sound of marimba band music.....
We really worked hard this past week....I was beyond tired when Saturday rolled around.....we had so many "surprises" during the week...I doubt I will ever again feel the same about that word...the worst one being the unexpected 6:30 p.m. class-----which followed immediately the usual 5:00 pm class. Yep...our third class of the day.....and then we had lecture. ...until 2:30 a.m......Oh man...the suffering was intense.
All planned of course....to stretch our sense of what we can endure.
I did not have a happy smiling face.
But now, all is good. Sleep is an amazing thing.
And this past week was a happy one for me in that I was finally....finally able to wrap my left foot around my leg in Garuasana....the right one has twisted like a rope for awhile, but the left one has resisted....my efforts have been rewarded and I am so glad!
Take care....we have only one week to go!

week6
October 26, 2008...
Week 6 was really tough emotionally. I´m feeling a lot of self-doubt about how I do in Posture clinic. Also, this week in lecture the topic was yoga therapy and cancer. I sat in there wondering what if my mom had done this or done that differently. What if my friend tries this or does that.
I will get back to you.
Thanks for the words of support.
Fondly,
Iram
