Welcome

We’ve created this space to complement and strengthen the community that we’ve started at Bikram Yoga Columbia. Our hopes are that this will not be a monologue, but an open forum for discussion of yoga, well-being and self-discovery. We will start the conversation, but we are hoping that you all will join in and help us on this journey. Feel free to post your questions and comments, and share any advice, tips or revelations that you may have discovered through your practice.

Bikram Yoga Columbia will open in November 2007, and you can keep track of the progress, purchase memberships, and learn more about it at www.bikramyogacolumbia.com

Namaste! -Kat

I read your article in ebony and would like to try your class, I have always been interested in yoga reason being to be more intune with myself, but what you teach gives a little more. I live in uppermarlboro md but im willing to make the trip. Very interested Bernice!! I'm at topazb@aol.com

I too have read the article in ebony, and with this hectic lifestyle of mines, I think this is just what I need. I know taking time for yourself is important. I'm not that close to Columbia, but i think this is worth the trip. Patiently waiting until November. Please keep me informed at jchemsley@comcast.net

Hi, Kat.

This is Therese from the Philippines who met you at the Spring 2007 Teacher Training (same training as Katie Tulloss), now teaching for Mike and Joani in Houston. Just wanted to say hi and hope to visit your studio one day! Congratulations and best wishes!

I am a little pensive about taking a class, but my best friend is a member at your studio and will be introducing me to yoga in January. I do have an open mind and hope to get out of it what she seems to, but am nervous about my lack of knowledge and flexibility! Your website's photos are wonderful and I look forward to coming!
